If you’re in something of a cooking rut and need some recipe inspiration, check out this list. I picked six recipes that I am looking forward to trying and thought you might too.

For breakfast or to snack on…

These breakfast blondies look and sound so delicious. I am absolutely whipping up a batch to enjoy with coffee in the morning, and love that there will be leftovers for a few days following.

Whenever I make granola (which honestly is quite rarely), I am reminded of how superior the homemade version is to the store-bought version. This granola atop a bit of yogurt with fresh fruit is on my to-make list. If you’re motivated to make it too, store it in an airtight container to maintain the crunch and enjoy it for several breakfasts/snacks.

For lunch or dinner…

With bread or on top of greens, this recipe for marinated chickpeas sounds perfect for a light dinner or packed lunch.

For another healthy lunch or dinner idea, how about this recipe for minestrone? I plan to make it served alongside a simple green salad and warm bread.

For your sweet tooth…

This orange and ricotta loaf cake would be perfect to enjoy after dinner—and the leftovers with coffee the next morning sound pretty good too.

For whatever reason, these buttery almond cookies spoke to me. Are they having the same effect on you?!
