Best Summer Treats in Claremont
During the summer in sunny Southern California, I always crave a cold, sweet treat that will make the heat seem more manageable. If you are familiar with Claremont, a city located in SoCal, then you may have walked through its downtown in which many people will roam on a hot summer day. As a high schooler at Claremont High School, I frequently visit the downtown with my friends. After many strolls through the Claremont village, I have discovered my favorite spots where I can indulge in a refreshing treat.

Tocaja
Tocaja is a cafe where the baristas create drinks with Tocaja’s own fresh tea. They offer sweet additions to the drink such as gooey boba and lychee. Tea from other boba shops is usually so artificially flavored and sweetened, but Tocaja is different. Of all boba shops, Tocaja is my favorite because it delivers a boba drink that tastes fresh unlike most others. Every time I go, I’m happy with the refreshing drink I receive!
